What is Keep Cozy?
Keep Cozy is a program developed by Monticello Electric Plant Board and Monticello Banking Company for the installation and financing of heating/cooling systems.

What is the purpose of the Keep Cozy Program?
The purpose of this program is to insure our Monticello Electric Plant Board customers of a proper and efficient installation of a heating/cooling system.

Is this program for new or existing homes?
There is a program for both existing homes and new homes.
